Q. Do I need to be home for your services?
A. No. You do not need to be at home to have your cans cleaned. We clean your cans on your trash pickup day. As long as your cans are empty and are at the curb, we'll clean them on your scheduled date.
Q. Why should I have my trash and recycle bins cleaned?
A. We not only clean your cans, but we disinfect, sanitize and deodorize them as well. We use water temps of approximately 200 degrees fahrenheit which rids them 99.9% of bacteria, germs, and viruses. Additionally, we spray down the outside of the can including the parts most often touched such as the lid and handle. Our state-of-the-art system effectively reduces health hazards such as Tuberculosis, Strep, staph, E-Coli, Salmonella & Listeria.
Q. Do you clean both trash cans and recycle cans?
A. Yes. We recommend cleaning both, your plan cleans "up-to 2 cans", due to bacteria, viruses, and germs that build up on both types of cans. We do not guarantee the scheduling of our cleaning services to line up with recycling weeks for recycling cans.

Q. How do I start the service?
A. Visit our "SERVICES" section on this website and click "Get Started" to sign-up quickly and easily. Sign up process consists of > submit a request with required info > 3A eco cans will send a quote back > clients approve and pay the 100% deposit > 3A eco cans will send a link with all scheduled services
Q. Are can cleaning services performed same day or next day?
All trash can cleaning services are done the next day after trash pick up but should be done before the afternoon, a reminder of service will be sent to you the day prior.
Q. What is the payment process for can cleaning?
A. All trash can cleanings are a pre-paid service. You will receive a quote after the request is sent in, please approve and pay the 100% deposit, then you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your service dates.
~ Annual plans are billed 1 time for all 8 cleanings during service months (April -November)
~ Monthly plans are billed 2 Monthly Services in the first Billing Cycle, Then 1 Service every month thereafter auto-billed (April – November)
